In May 2013, the government of India updated an existing Anti-dumping duty for the first time since the start of GTA monitoring. In March 2018, a sunset review was initiated.

On 16 May 2013, the Ministry of Finance of India announced the extension of the existing anti-dumping duties on peroxosulphates originating in or exported from China and Japan.
The HS code in question is 2833.4000.
The original duties were imposed on 29 August 2007 and are now extended following positive determination of dumping in the sunset review.
On 20 March 2018, the Indian authorities initiated a sunset review of the definitive antidumping duty imposed on imports of the subject good from China. This follows the application lodged by Calibre Chemicals Pvt. Limited, VR Persulphates and Yoyo Chemicals. On the same day, a similar investigation was initiated on imports of the same good from the United States, see related state act. No sunset review was initiated on imports from Japan and the duty was terminated on 16 May 2018 as the duty's application period lapsed.
On 14 May 2018, in connection with the above sunset review, the Indian authorities extended the definitive antidumping duty on imports of peroxosulphates from China until 14 May 2019.
