Anti-dumping

On 28 June 2012, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated a sunset review investigation of the anti-dumping duties imposed on 10 March 2008 on certain seamless casing imported from China.

The HS code in question is 7304.2900.
On 25 October 2012, the President of the CBSA announced that the withdrawal of duties is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping. The Canadian International Trade Tribunal issued its final decision on 11 March 2013, announcing the extension of the anti-dumping measure in force for an additional 5 years period.
