Tax or social insurance relief

On 11 November 2020, the Russian government passed a resolution adding mushrooms, truffles and mycelium to the list of agricultural goods. The recognition of mushrooms as agricultural goods makes the cultivators eligible for the unified agricultural tax - a simpler, lower tax which replaces corporate income tax and corporate property tax of agricultural producers.

The statutory corporate income tax is 20%, while the unified agricultural tax is 6%.

The original list was published in 2006, predating the Global Trade Alert. The unified agricultural tax was introduced in 2012.
