Anti-dumping

On September 28, 2012, the Indian authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of red phosphorus, excluding red phosphorus used in electronic applications, from China.
The product subject to investigation is classified under the following HS code: 2804.7020. On December 27, 2013, the Indian authorities decided to impose a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of red phosphorus from China. The amount of the duty is USD 1.20 per kilogram. Notification No. 13/2014 was issued on March 19, 2014.
