Anti-dumping

On 19 December 2011, Chinese Taipei initiated a sunset review investigation on certain footwear originating in China.
The concerned HS codes are: 6402.20; 6402.91; 6402.99; 6403.20; 6403.51; 6403.59; 6403.91 and 6403.99.
On 13 December 2012, the country decided to extend the anti-dumping duties in force on the subject product for an additional period of five years.

On 11 December 2017, Chinese Taipei initiated a sunset review of the definitive antidumping duty imposed on imports of the subject good from China.
