Import tariff

On 29 December 2018, the government of Turkey increased the import tariffs on dates from 0% to 15%. The subject product is classified in the Turkish Customs Tariff Schedule under the customs tariff code 0804.10.00.00.00.

Previously on 18 May 2016, the Turkish government decreased the import tariffs on dates from 25% to 0% (see related state act).

Update

On 4 June 2021, the Turkish government increased the import tariffs on dates from 15% to 25% (see related state act).
