Import licensing requirement

On 8 January 2020, the Indian Directorate General of Foreign Trade has through Notification No. 39/2015-2020 amended the import policy of Refined Palm Oil from "Free" to "Restricted" i.e. imports would require a license and are also restricted to be used by the importer only.
