Local operations

On 7 September 2012, the Central Bank of Argentina has forbidden the operation of private banks and exchange houses in Argentinian international ports and airports. Furthermore, residents are no longer allowed to buy or sell foreign currency in amounts greater than USD500 in international ports and airports.
