Import tariff

On 21 August 2012, the Indian Ministry of Finance (according to notification no. 47/2012-Customs) has eliminated import tariffs on de-oiled soya extract (HS 2304) and groundnut, sunflower, canola, and mustard oil cake and cake meal (HS 2305; 2306.30; 2306.90).

This import duty exemption is valid until 1 April 2013.
