Anti-circumvention

On December 14, 2012, the Turkish authorities initiated an anti-circumvention investigation on imports of aluminium offset printing plates from Malaysia.

On September 28, 2013, the Turkish authorities imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of aluminium offset printing plates from Malaysia. The amount of the duty is USD 2.65 per kilogram.
On November 15, 2013, this anti-dumping measure terminated after the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of aluminium offset printing plates from China, that was circumvented, expired.
