In November 2012, the government of Turkey initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and a definitive duty was imposed in November 2013. In November 2018, the definitive duty was terminated.

On November 27, 2012, the Turkish authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of uncoloured float glass from Romania (Notification 2012/24). The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code: 7005.2900. The dumping is suspected to have occurred between January 1, 2012 and September 30, 2012.
On November 17, 2013, the Turkish authorities imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of uncoloured float glass from Romania (Notification 2013/24). The rate of the duty is 25% of the CIF value, at the exception of the company Saint-Gobain Glass Romania S.R.L. whose exports are subject to a duty of 16% of the CIF value.
On 17 November 2018, the Turkish authorities terminated the definitive duty imposed on imports of the subject good from Romania.
