Import tariff quota

On 29 October 2013, the Eurasian Economic Commission established import tariff quotas for meat and whey valid in the Customs Union of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus in 2014.

In comparison with the 2013 quotas, Belarus import tariff quota under heading 0203 was reduced from 47.2 thousand to 40 thousand tonnes. 

The act under question only modifies the quota volumes, leaving in-quota and out-of-quota tariffs unchanged. 

The in-quota and out-of-quota tariffs are as follows:

  • beef - 15% and 55%
  • pork - 0% and 65%
  • chicken - 25% and 80%.

The act under question only modifies the quota volumes, leaving in-quota and out-of-quota tariffs unchanged.

  • beef - 15% and 55%
  • pork - 0% and 65%
  • chicken - 25% and 80%.
