In April 2012, the Russian Government introduced amendments into the List of Equipment Eligible for VAT-Free Imports.

Internal taxation of imports

On 16 April 2012, the Russian Government amended the List of Equipment Eligible for VAT-Free Imports.

The Government expanded tariff line 8479 89 970 8 with equipment for a granular urea plant with a capacity of 717.5 thousand tonnes per year. Also, it added tariff line 8474 80 908 0, with flaskless molding line for foundry molds. 

According to the Russian Customs, the decree enters into force on 28 April 2012.
