Public procurement localisation

The Russian Government portal (government.ru) reports that First Deputy Prime Minister Siluanov ordered Russian companies with state ownership to initiate programs of transition to Russian-manufactured software, including office software. The companies are ordered to devise transition programs under the guidance of the government-allied NGO "ICT Competence Center" and implement them until 2022.
