Public procurement access

On 25 May 2019, the Russian Government added wines to the list of food products, the imports of which do not qualify for federal and municipal public procurement tenders. The stated aim of the decree is to promote the development of domestic viticulture and winemaking. The Decree covers wines, sparkling wines, liqueur and fruit (fruit) wines.
