Anti-dumping

On June 9, 2012, the Ukrainian authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of medical glass containers, with capacity not exceeding 0.15 liter, from Russia.
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS codes: 7010.9071 and 7010.9079.
On May 29, 2013, the Ukrainian authorities imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain types of medical glass containers from Russia. The rate of the duty is 27.99%, at the exception of the company Berezichsky Glass Works whose exports are subject to the payment of the duty of 13.08%. This duty entered into force in 30 days from the date of publication of the notice, i.e. on June 28, 2013.
