Import tariff

On 8 May 2018, the Foreign Trade Committee of Ecuador (i.E. COMEX by its Spanish acronym) has adopted Resolution 003-2018 eliminating the import tariff on bags made of jute classified under tariffs subheading 6305.10.10.00.

The new import duty has been decreased from 30% to 0%.
