Anti-dumping

On May 22, 2012, the Indian authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of pentaerythitol from Saudi Arabia.
The product subject to investigation is classified under the following HS code: 2905.4200. The dumping is suspected to have occurred between January 1, 2011, and December 31, 2011.
On November 8, 2013, the Indian authorities decided to terminate the investigation without imposing an anti-dumping duty.
