Import tariff

In a decision published in the April 3, 2019 edition of Customs Bulletin and Decisions, U.S. Customs and Border Protection proposed that men’s shirts of 50% linen and 50% viscose rayon fiber blend be reclassified from HTSUS 6205.90.4040 (2.9% duty) to HTSUS 6205.30.20 (29 cents/kg + 25.9% duty). The change will be effective with respect to goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after June 3, 2019.
