In December 2018, the European Investment Bank (EIB) signed a credit line agreement with Pomorski Fundusz Pożyczkowy sp. z o.o. to support Polish renewable energy investments carried out in the Pomerania region of Poland.

On 19 December 2018, the European Investment Bank (EIB) and Pomorski Fundusz Pożyczkowy sp. z o.o. signed a credit line agreement having a total value of PLN 59 million (approx. USD 15.6 million).
The credit line will, through Pomorski Fundusz Pożyczkowy sp. z o.o., support renewable energy investments in the Pomerania region of Poland. Supported investments will focus on renewable energy installations such as "photovoltaics, biomass, heat pumps, biogas and modernisation of hydropower stations".
According to the EIB, around 60 projects are expected to benefit from the credit line with possible beneficiaries including "investors and entrepreneurs who want to build a renewable energy facility in Pomerania".
A state act in the GTA database is assessed solely in terms of the extent to which its implementation affects foreign commercial interests. On this metric, the investment support granted here is discriminatory.
