On 7 December 2018, the Secretariat for Central American Economic Integration Process (i.e COMIECO by its Spanish acronym) has adopted Resolution 409-2018 replacing several goods declarations formularies by the Central American Single Declaration (i.e. DUCA by its Spanish acronym).
The new form substitutes the Central American Single Customs Form (i.e. FAUCA by its Spanish acronym) and the Single Declaration of Goods for the International Terrestrial Customs Transit (i.e. DUT by its Spanish acronym), as well as all other national forms establishing a unique formulary that is to be submitted electronically.
The new form applies as from 1 April 2019 and it affects all Member States of SIECA, which include Panama, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica and Belize.
