In May 2011, the European Commission initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and the investigation was terminated without the imposition of duties in March 2012.

Anti-dumping

On May 13, 2011, the European Commission initiated an antidumping investigation on certain steel fasteners and parts thereof from India. Notably, similar investigation, conducted on India and Malaysia, was terminated by the Commission on July 19, 2010.
The investigation terminated on March 23, 2012 without the imposition of any duty.
