On 23 April 2012, Australia started an anti-dumping investigation on imports of Polyvinyl Chloride Homopolymer Resin from the Republic of Korea. The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code subheading: 3904.10
The dumping is alleged to have occurred in 2011.
On 28 June 2012, a provisional duty of 5.4% was introduced on imports of the subject good from the Republic of Korea.
On 19 October 2012, a definitive anti-dumping duty of 3.26% was imposed on imports of the subject good from the Republic of Korea.
