In June 2011, the government of Turkey initiated a sunset review and extended the definitive antidumping duty in January 2012. In January 2017, the duty was terminated.

On June 2, 2011, the Turkish authorities initiated a sunset review of the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of pre-finished engineered laminated flooring (floating or not) from China and Indonesia (Notification 2011/9).
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code: 4418.7200.
On January 31, 2012, the Turkish authorities decided upon the continuation for a period of five years of the anti-dumping measure imposed on imports of the above-mentioned products originating in China and Indonesia (Notification 2012/2). The rate of the duty imposed on imports originating in China is 35% of the CIF value. The rate of the duty imposed on imports originating in Indonesia is 25% of the CIF value.
The original anti-dumping duty was imposed on July 8, 2006 (Notification 2006/17).
On 31 January 2017, the Turkish authorities terminated the above duty on imports of the subject good from China and Indonesia. The measure was terminated following its expiry.
