Import tariff

On January 30 2019, the Federal Public Revenue Administration of Argentina announced General Resolution 4413/2019 increasing the import criterion values set on ham classified under tariff subheading NCM 0210.19.00.

The new reference price has been increased from a FOB value of USD 8.00 per kilogram to a FOB value of USD 8.50 per kilogram. The previous applicable reference price was established in General Resolution 4039-E/2017.

The new reference prices affect the following jurisdictions: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, France, Netherlands, Italy and Portugal. 

This measure has been adopted on 4 February 2019 and enters into force on 5 February 2019.
