Financial assistance in foreign market

On July 31st, 2018, the Japanese Bank of International Cooperation (JBIC) created a two-step 10 million USD loan with Republic of Indonesia's PT Bank Resona Perdania for the long-term funding of Japanese corporations in Indonesia. The funds should be directly or indirectly funded by Japanese companies that are to become the primary shareholder in an Indonesian company. As part of the agreement, the loan will not go towards businesses which are prohibited by Indonesia foreign direct investment laws.
