Import tariff

On 5 August 2009, the Federal Administration for Public Revenue of Argentina (i.e. AFIP by its Spanish acronym) adopted External Notice 70/2009 increasing the reference prices set on embroideries classified under tariffs subheading NCM 5810.10.00.

The new reference prices were increased from a FOB value of USD 48.00 per kilogramme to a FOB value of USD 52.00 per kilogramme.

This External Notice affects the following jurisdictions: the Republic of Korea, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, China, Chinese Taipei, Philippines, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

This measure applied to imports taking place as of 6 August 2009.

 
Update
On 11 May 2012, the AFIP adopted General Resolution 3325/2012 amending the applicable reference prices set on embroideries classified under tariffs subheading NCM 5810.10.00 (please, see related state acts).
