Import tariff

On 5 March 2010, the Federal Administration for Public Revenue of Argentina adopted General Resolution 2778/2010 establishing reference prices for imports of pulleys classified under tariff subheading NCM 8483.50.90.

The established reference price corresponded to a FOB value ranging between USD 7.00 and USD 12.00 per kilogramme Depending on the characteristics of the pulley. Previously to this legislation, no import criterion value applied for these products.

This General Resolution affects the following jurisdictions: the Republic of Korea, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, China, Chinese Taipei, Philippines, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

This measure applied to imports taking place as of 8 March 2010.
