Export tax

On 2 September 2014, the Federal Public Revenue Administration adopted General Resolution 3663/2014 increasing the criterion values on exports of lemons and limes classified under tariff subheading 0805.50.00.

The established criterion values correspond to a FOB value ranging from USD 0.54 to USD 0.94 per kilogram. Previously to this Resolution, the applicable reference values ranged between USD 0.54 to USD 0.82 per kilogram.

This measure affects the following countries: Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Iceland, Japan, Malta, Norway, United Kingdom, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Russia, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Canada, China, United Arab Emirates, Hing Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.

This Resolution entered into force on 4 September 2014.

 
Update
On 27 November 2017, the Argentina Federal Administration of Public Revenue eliminated all reference values on exports (please, see related state acts).
