Anti-dumping

On 8 July 2011, Thailand has initiated an anti-dumping investigation against inner tubes of rubber for motorcycles from China.
The concerned HS code is 4013.9020.
On 30 November 2012, the Government decided to impose definitive antidumping duties on the subject product. The dumping margin is of 30.34% for selected companies, 112.51% for all others.

On 29 November 2017, the Thai authorities initiated a sunset review of the definitive antidumping duty imposed on imports of the subject good from China.
