Tax or social insurance relief

On 17 November 2011, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and other 11 governmental departments jointly issued the Notice on Exemption of Some Administrative Fees on Small Enterprises (Caizong '2011' NO. 104) , announcing that small enterprises will be exempted 13 kinds of administrative charges from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2014.
In accordance with this Notice, enterprise registration fee, taxation invoice, customs supervision fee, handicrafts certificate fee, textile origin certificate charges, import veterinary license fee, etc will be exempted with the purpose of reducing taxation burden on small enterprises.
