ANNOUNCEMENT 28 Mar 2018

On 28 March 2018, the Ministry of Production of Argentina adopted Resolution 170/2018 modifying the list of products subject to non-automatic import licenses leading to the exclusion of certain products from that list and the incorporation of new ones.

Import licensing requirement

Resolution 170/2018 adopted by the Argentine Government on 28 March 2018 eliminated 472 eight-digits tariff lines from the list of products subject to non-automatic import licenses. 

The changes introduced with the new legislation affect the list of tariff lines included in Resolution E-523/2017 (please, see related state acts).

The changes introduced with the new legislation affect the list of tariff lines included in Resolution E-523/2017 (please, see related state acts).
