Export licensing requirement

Regulation 32/M-DAG/PER/5/2017 of the Indonesian Ministry of Trade updates its export restrictions on metal waste and scrap. It removes four 6-digit HS products requiring an export license under the previous regulation (see related state acts).

The regulation came into force  30 days after its stipulation, i.e. on 29 June 2017. It was scrapped and replaced by regulation 32/2017 on 29 June 2017 (see related state acts). However, as it did not reintroduce export licensing requirements for the six products mentioned above, this intervention continues to be classified as implemented.
