On 3 August 2018, the Brazilian Foreign Trade Chamber (Camex) issued Resolution No. 50 introducing 129 products enclosed in 44 eight-digits tariff lines in the list of auto parts not produced in the country. On 17 December 2018, the Brazilian Foreign Trade Council has adopted Resolution 102 revoking this Resolution as of 1 January 2019 (please, see related state acts).
Resolution 50 issued by the Brazilian Foreign Trade Council (Camex) on 3 August 2018, also sets a temporary import tariff quota for certain product categories included in NCM 8407.33.90, NCM 8407.34.90 and NCM 8408.20.20.

c) NCM 8408.20.20
The import tariff outside the quota is set at 18% in all cases. These values apply until December 31, 2018.
