Import tariff

In a decision published in the July 11, 2018 edition of Customs Bulletin and Decisions, U.S. Customs and Border Protection proposed that trampolines that allows children to play and listen to music when jumping be reclassified from HTSUS 9503.00.0080 (duty-free) to HTSUS 9506.91.0030 (4.6% duty). The change will be effective with respect to goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after September 10, 2018.
