Import-related non-tariff measure, nes

On 7 May 2018, the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism adopted Resolution 27 establishing Early Import Declarations for metal goods enclosed in 75 ten-digits tariff lines. This resolution substitutes Resolution 175 of 22 September 2014.

These import declarations are required for the first time for 65 tariff lines whereas 10 tariff lines of the published list were already subject to this requirement due to Resolution 175 (see related state acts).

The new legislation entered into force 15 working days after the publication on the Official Gazette.
