Import tariff

On 21 April 2017, the Permanent Delegation of Brazil to the WTO announced that as from 11 October 2016, the import duty on technically specified natural rubber classified under tariff subheadings NCM 4001.22.00 and 4001.29.20 was temporarily increased from 4% to 14%. The new tariff applies for twelve months.
