The export loan was announced in May 2009 and finances deliveries and services linked to the construction of a cylinder-head and cylinder crankcase production line ('Lieferungen und Leistungen im Zusamenhang mit der Errichtung von Fertigungslinien für Zylinderköpfe und Zylinderkurbelgehäusen') in China.
