Anti-dumping

On 25 October 2011, the Indian authorities announced the initiation of an anti-dumping investigations concerning imports of choline chloride originating in China. The complaint was lodged by M/s Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd.
The concerned HS codes are 2309.9010 and 2923.1000.
On 21 December 2012, the country decided to impose definitive anti-dumping duties on the subject product.
