Import licensing requirement

On July 21, 2016, the Ministry of Productive Development and Economic Plurality adopted the Resolution 174/2016 introducing non-automatic import licenses on furniture and the textile articles disclosed on the Annex from Supreme Decree 2752, published on May 1, 2016. The goods were not subject to licensing requirements prior to this annoucement.

According to the new legislation, this Resolution enters into force on July 27, 2016.
