Anti-dumping

On September 23, 2011, the South African authorities initiated a sunset review of the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of unframed glass mirrors from Indonesia.
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code: 7009.9100.
 
On April 20, 2012, the South African authorities decided upon the continuation of the definitive anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of unframed glass mirrors from Indonesia. The rate of the duty is 6.61%.
 
On 17 February 2017, the International Trade Administration Commission of South Africa initiated a sunset review on imports of unframed glass mirrors originating in or imported from Indonesia. The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code: 7009.91. The request was lodged on 28 October 2016 by PFG Building Glass (a division of PG Group (Pty) Ltd).
