In December 2017, the Ukranian authorities initiated an antidumping investigation of imports of electric filament lamps from Belarus. In March 2019, a definitive duty was imposed.

Anti-dumping

The antidumping investigation on imports of electric filament lamps from Belarus was initiated on 29 December 2017. The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code subheading: 8539.22.90.10. This follows the application lodged by PJSC "Lviv Electrolympic Plant Iskra" (ПрАТ «Львівський електроламповий завод Іскра»).

On 1 February 2019, the Ukrainian authorities issued a notice imposing a definitive antidumping duty on imports of lamps from Belarus. The rate of duty is 17.73%. This duty entered into force 30 days following the date of publication of the notice, i.e. on 3 March 2019.
