The export loan was announced in March 2013 and finances the delivery of a plate strecher linked to the construction of an aluminium hot-rolling mill ('Lieferung eines Plattenstreckers im Zusammenhang mit der Errichtung eines Warmwalzwerkes f?r Aluminium') in Hong Kong. The benefitting German exporter is SMS Meer GmbH, M?nchengladbach.
