Anti-dumping

On 8 August 2011, the Peruvian authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation concerning imports on ceramic wall tiles, varnished or enamelled, with dimensions less than 60cm on both sides (length and width), originating in the Republic of China.
The concerned HS code is 6908.9000.
On 19 October 2012, the investigation was terminated without the imposition of duties because no threat to the domestic industry was determined.
