ANNOUNCEMENT 11 Jul 2017

According to the Permanent Delegation of Turkey to the WTO (24 October 2017), the Turkish government eliminated the registration requirements on exports of aluminium waste and scrap. This elimination has been effective since 11 July 2017.

Export licensing requirement

Effective from 11 July 2017, the government of Turkey terminated the registration requirements on exports of aluminium waste and scrap falling under HS Code 7602. The export requirement registrations concerning this HS Code were originally implemented on 21 April 2011.
