The Government of Argentina updated the list of import criterion values

On July 12, 2017, the Argentine Federal Public Revenue Administration adopted Resolution General 4092-E/2017 updating the list of countries subject to criterion values for imports of milk powder (NCM 0402.21.10 and 1901.90.90).
The updated list of criterion values for imports introduced in 2017 refers eliminated the following jurisdictions: Saudi Arabia, Canada, China, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Barbados, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, EL Salvador, Jamaica, Mexico, Dominican Republic.
On July 12, 2017, the Argentine Federal Public Revenue Administration adopted Resolution General 4092-E/2017 updating the list of criterion values for imports of milk powder (NCM 0402.21.10 and 1901.90.90). The new reference prices correspond to a FOB value ranging between USD 3.05 and USD 3.66 per kilogramme of products classified under NCM 0402.21.10, and a FOB value of USD 3.05 per kilogramme for NCM 1901.90.90.
The previous import criterion values (approved in 2013) were set at a FOB value ranging between USD 4.45 and USD 5.34 per kilogramme of products classified under NCM 0402.21.10, and a FOB value of USD 4.45 per kilogramme for NCM 1901.90.90.
The updated list of criterion values for imports introduced in 2017 refers to the following countries: Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Burkina Faso, Algeria, Botswana, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ivory Coast, Chad, Benin, Egypt, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Equatorial Guinea, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Libia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Morocco, Mauritius, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Swaziland, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Zambia, Angola, Cape Verde, Mozambique, Seychelles, Djibouti, Comoros, Guinea Bissau, Santo Tomé y Príncipe, Namibia, South Africa, Eritrea and Ethiopia.

The new reference prices correspond to a FOB value ranging between USD 3.05 and USD 3.66 per kilogramme of products classified under NCM 0402.21.10, and a FOB value of USD 3.05 per kilogramme for NCM 1901.90.90. Previously, Russia was not affected by reference prices established on milk powder.
