In April 2017, the Ukranian authorities initiated an antidumping investigation of carbamide-formaldehyde produce from Russia. A definitive duty was imposed in August 2018.

Anti-dumping

The antidumping investigation was initiated on 15 April 2017. The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code subheading: 3909.10.00.

On 4 July 2018, the Ukrainian authorities imposed a definitive antidumping duty on imports of carbamide-formaldehyde produce from Russia. The rate of duty is 39.94%. This duty entered into force 45 days following the date of publication of the notice, i.e. on 18 August 2018
