Import tariff quota

On 22 September 2016, the Permanent Delegation of Costa Rica to the WTO announced the temporary elimination of import duties on beans, under an import quota of 9,432.46 metric tonnes. The previous duty-free quota on this product was set at 4,829 metric tonnes.

This import tariff quota entered into force on July 6, 2016, and ends on June 30, 2017.
