Import tariff quota

On November 8, 2016, the Brazilian Foreign Trade Council, issued Resolution 110, reducing temporarily the import duties on Hepatitis A vaccines (NCM 3002.20.29). The new import tariff has been reduced by 2% from 2% to 0%. This duty applies for 180 days and for 2,500,000 doses.

Update 

On January 23, 2017, the Brazilian Foreign Trade Council, issued Resolution 1, extending for another 180 days, the reduced import tariff of 0% for an extra 2,500,000 doses (for more information, please, see related acts).

On October 3, 2017, the Brazilian Foreign Trade Council, issued Resolution 79, extending six months, the reduced import tariff of 0% for an additional 2,500,000 doses.

On November 30, 2017, the Brazilian Foreign Trade Council, issued Resolution 89, extending for another 6 months the reduced import tariff of 0% for an additional 2,500,000 doses, starting on April 2, 2018.
