Anti-dumping

On July 14th, 2011, the Government of Argentina closed an anti-dumping investigation on certain imports of phosphoric acid (classified under MERCOSUR Common Nomenclature 2809.20.11) originating in China. While a preliminary determination on the existence of anti-dumping practices was issued, the Government found no evidence of damage on domestic industry and thus decided to conclude the investigation. No anti-dumping duties were imposed.
